30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 586-491-7732. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after our inspection.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right promptly. In such cases, Alan Saste (selmora.top) will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for a replacement at no additional charge.
